The type of Residential House Cleaner job you would only dream about, except now it’s right in front of you. We are always looking to bring goodness into our team’s lives because that’s what you deserve.

We directly support our local Ronald McDonald house with fundraisers, helping families have a place to live while their loved ones are undergoing medical treatment. We also work directly with Cleaning For a Reason, providing FREE cleaning to cancer patients and their families. Capital Cleaning also donates all stained and unusable linen, towels, and cleaning towels to the Humane Society of Utah to help support animals looking for forever homes.

Zoom Interview Instructions

Capital Cleaning won Best of Salt Lake City in 2019 and has been the runner-up in the Best of SLC awards in 2020, 2021, and 2022, and won again in 2023. We are consistently providing the best service possible to our amazing clients, and offering a fantastic place to work for our epic team.

Hiring amazing people immediately! We are growing fast thanks to our amazing team and are looking for cleaners and individuals who want to earn what they are worth, be recognized, be rewarded, and be part of giving back to the community.

Full-time and part-time are available! Full-time workers' average weekly pay is $400 - $700. Part-time workers' average weekly pay is $300 - $500. We pay for performance! That means the more days you work and the better you perform on the jobs – the more money you make.

You also have the opportunity to earn cash tips on top of your weekly pay. Full-time workers average $100 - $200 in tips per week. Part-time workers average $50 - $200 in tips per week.

Schedule:

1. Day shifts (8 am-6 pm)

2. Monday to Friday

3. No nights available or ever required

4. 15-minute breaks along with full lunch breaks!!

5. We provide all tools and supplies

6. Extra weekend days are not required but are available for those who want to get bigger paychecks!

7. Employees are expected to commute daily from your home to clients, as well as to restock chemicals and towels required for daily operations on a weekly or bi-weekly basis.
